II <br /> <br />Wherea.s, pursuant to Section 11 of Ordinance No. 275, the <br />property owners filEd an application with the Vi.llage Clerk in the <br />form of a written request to rezone from R-l to R-3, the follo,^'inr;:r <br />c1cscri.bed property, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 1, Garden Hills, and <br />Lot 6, Block I, Garden Hills, and, <br /> <br />l'ffiEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred the same to <br />the Planning Commission, and, <br /> <br />~1f{EREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice and <br />public hearing, made its recommendation to the Village Council that <br />said property be rezoned fran R-l to R-3, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Villa.ge Council, pursuant to due notice,held a <br />public hearing on said matter on the 12th day of April, 1960, at <br />the Village Hall at its regular council meeting, (lnd, <br />the V illage Council <br />WHERF..AS, pursuant to said hearing, /adopted a motion by a <br />vote of 5 to 0 that the said property in accordance with the recommend- <br />atj.on of the Planning Commission be rezoned from R-l to R-3, and that <br />the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map of the Village of Roseville be <br />amended accordingly, <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 275, as amended, entitled"An Ordinance <br />for the Purpose of Promoting the Public Health, Safety, Order, Commerce, <br />Property and General Welfare by Providing for the Classification, <br />
