'7 I <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROVISIONS, TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11709 OF THE CITY OF <br />SAINT PAUL, APPROVED APRIL 12, 1960, AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10725 of the CITY OF SAINT PAUL, <br />APPROVED JANUARY 20, 1956, AS AMENDED, BEING <br />"AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERlUSSION AND AUTHORITY <br />TO THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE TO CONNECT THE PUBLIC <br />Sm~R SYSTEM OF SAID VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE TO THE <br />PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL AND <br />THEREAFTER MAINTAIN AND OPERATE THE S~lE AS AN <br />OUTLET FOR SAID PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEM OF SAID <br />VILLAGE FOR PUBLIC SEWAGE CONVEYANCE AND DISPOSAL <br />PURPOSES, AND PROVIDING APPLICABLE TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS." <br /> <br />~mEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />has heretofore by Ordinance No. 10725 approved January 20, 1956, <br />g-ranted permission to the Village of Roseville to connect its <br />sewer system to the sewer system of the City of Saint Paul, upon <br />and subject to the provisions, terms and ordinance therein set <br />forth, said Ordinance No. 10725 being by reference thereto, and <br />incorporated and made a part of Ordinance No. 211 of the Village <br />of Roseville, with the same intent, purpose and effect as if said <br />Ordinance No. 10725 were set forth ver batum in said Ordinance No. <br />211, and accepted and approved by the Village of Roseville on <br />the 21st day of February, 1956, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />has heretofore by Ordinance No. 11709 approved April 12, 1960, <br />amended said Ordinance No. 10725, as amended, relating to the <br />connection of sewer system of Roseville to the sewer system of <br />the City of Saint Paul, upon and subject to the provisions, terms <br />and conditions therein set forth in said Ordinance No. 11709, and <br />granting therein to the Village of Roseville the right to connect <br />beyond its corporate limits in abutting villages, County of Ramsey, <br />State of Minnesota, certain tracts of land described in said <br />Ordinance No. 11709 of the City of Saint Paul, upon all the terms <br />and conditions set forth in said Ordinance No. 11709, being by <br />reference thereto hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof, <br />with the same intent, purpose and effect as if said Ordinance No. <br />11709 were set forth herein ver batum. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville does ordain: <br />
