<br />ORDINANCE NO ..,.2 9 Jj' <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION AND AUTHORITY TO THE <br />VILLAGE OF SHOREVIEW TO CONNECT THE PUBLIC SANITARY <br />SEWER SYSTEM OF SAID VILLAGE OF SHOREVIEW TO THE <br />PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE. AND THEREAFTER MAINTAIN AND OPERATE THE <br />SAME AS AN OUTLET FOR SAID PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />OF SAID VILLAGE FOR PUBLIC SEWAGE CONVEYANCE AND <br />DISPOSAL PURPOSES. AND PROVIDING APPLICABLE TERMS <br />AND CONDITIONS.. <br /> <br />The Council of the Village of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That the Village of Shoreview is hereby granted permission <br /> <br />and authority, subject to all the terms and conditions hereafter <br /> <br />expressed, and subject to all the terms and conditions expressed <br /> <br />in City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 10725, as amended, and as may <br /> <br />be amended hereafter by said City of Saint Paul, to discharge its <br /> <br />sanitary sewage into the Roseville public sanitary sewer system <br /> <br />through two separate connections, one connection at the intersection <br /> <br />of County Road liD" and Victoria Street, ani the other connection <br /> <br />adjacent to the intersection of County Road "0" and Churchill <br /> <br />Street, and to construct and thereafter maintain and operate this <br /> <br />connection according to conventional engineering standards approved <br /> <br />as to construction, location and elevation by the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville joining the public sanitary sewer system of the Village <br /> <br />of Shoreview with the publiC sanitary sewer system of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville to be maintained and operated as the only outlets for <br />
