RESOLUTION CONCERNING MARION AND BRITTANY APARTMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT * *. * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 27th day of January, 1992 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Member Thomas moved that the following resolution be adopted. RESOLUTION NO. 8747 WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has been committed to enhancing and improving its existing housing stock; and WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has commenced significant pilot efforts to rehabilitate existing apartment units; and WHEREAS, the rehabilitation of the Marion and Apartments would provide over 250 improved units to moderate income individuals; Brittany low and NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City of Roseville hereby supports the Roseville Marion and Brittany Apartment rehabilitation project and subsequently recommends that it be funded by Ramsey County with the HUD HOME funds. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, V. Johnson and the following voted against same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution wad declared duly passed and adopted.
