<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ;j t-7 / <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br />AMENDED BEING VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE <br />ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010: <br />16.020: 16.030: 16.040." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010: 16.020: 16.030: <br />16.040, of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of Rosevil1e, <br />the property owners filed an application with the Village Clerk <br />in the form of a written request to rezone from R. 1 to B-1, <br />the following described property, to-wit: <br /> <br />The S 31 feet of the N 106 feet of the W 1/2 of <br />Lot 11, Auditor's Subdivision No. 46, Ramsey Co. <br />and the E 50 feet of the S 143 feet of the N 249 <br />feet of the W 1/2 of Lot 11, Auditor's Subdivision <br />No. 46, Ramsey Co., Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred the same <br />to the Planning Commission, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br />and public hearing, made its recommendation to the Village Council <br />that said property be rezoned from R. 1 to B-1, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 28th day of June, 1960, at <br />the Village Hall at its regular council meeting, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said hearing, the Village Council <br />adopted a motion by a vote of 4 to 0 that the said property in <br />accordance with the recommendation of the Planning Commission be <br />rezoned from R. 1 to B-1, and that the Zoning Ordinance be amended <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br />
