<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />3oJ-- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROVISIONS, TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11780 OF THE CITY OF <br />SAINT PAUL, APPROVED JULY 6th, 1960, AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10725 OF'THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL <br />APPROVED JANUARY 20, 1956, AS AMENDED, BEING <br />"AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION AND AUTHORITY <br />TO THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE TO CONNECT THE PUBLIC <br />SEWER SYSTEM OF SAID VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE TO THE <br />PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL AND <br />THEREAFTER MAINTAIN AND OPERATE THE SAME AS AN <br />OUTLET FOR SAID PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEM OF SAID VILLAGE <br />FOR PUBLIC SEWAGE, CONVEYANCE AND DISPOSAL PURPOSES <br />AND PROVIDING APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS." <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br />ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />That the Village of Roseville does hereby accept, approve <br />and agree to abide by all the provisions, terms and conditions <br />set forth in Ordinance No. 11780 of the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, approved July 6th, 1960. <br /> <br />SECTION II. <br /> <br />That upon passage and publication, the Village Clerk be <br />and is hereby authorized and directed to file with each the City <br />Clerk and City Comptroller of the City of Saint Paul, a duly cer- <br />tified copy of this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION III. <br /> <br />This ordi~ance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its approvkd<passage and publication. <br />/' Cl-- <br />Passed and approved by the Village Council this Lr day <br /> <br />of July, 1960.
