<br />ORDINANCE NO. 30) <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 296, ENTITLED: "ORDINANCE GRANTING <br />WATER 1~RKS FRANCHISE", BY ADDING A NEW SECTION THERETO TO BE KNOWN <br />AS SECTION 19. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in the <br />County of Ramsey and state of Minnesota: <br /> <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 296 is hereby amended by adding a new <br />section thereto to be known as Section 19, which shall read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 19. The Hater Company, in accordance with all of the <br />terms and provisions of Ordinance No. 296, shall have exclusive <br />privilege of laying down pipes, conduits, mains and appurtenances, <br />for the purpose of conveying water in that portion of the <br />Village described as follows: All that portion of Section 5, <br />Township 29, Range 23, lying 1'Jester1y and Northerly of State <br />Trunk Highway No.8 as it now exists on the date hereof, and <br />that the operation of said Water Company in the foregoing <br />described territory shall be subject to the same terms and <br />conditions as contained in Ordinance No. 296." <br /> <br />Section 2.
