<br />ORDINANCE NO. G;-~I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS ~~NDED, <br />BEING VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE <br />ZONING CODE AND ZONING l~P PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010; <br />16.020: 16.030; 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010; 16.020; 16.030; <br />16.040, of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of Roseville, the <br />property owners filed an a~plication with the Village Clerk in <br />the form of a written request to rezone from R. 1 to B. I, the <br />following described property, to-wit: <br /> <br />The East 50 feet of the South 124 feet of <br />the North 373 feet of West 1/2 of Lot 11, <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 46. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred the same <br />to the Planning Commission, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br />and public hearing, made its recommendation to the Village Council <br />that said property be rezoned from R. 1 to B. I, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held a <br />public hearing on said matter on the 6th day of September, 1960, <br />at the Village Hall at its regular Council meeting, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said hearing, the Village Council adopted <br />a motion by a vote of 4 to 1 that the said property in accordance <br />with the recommendation of the Planning Commission be rezoned from <br />R. 1 to B. I, and that the Zoning Ordinance be amended accordingly. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br />16.010; 16.020, 16.030; 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map <br />thereof, be further amended as follows: <br />
