<br />~/ <br />ORD INANCE NO. c:>c - c;$ tJ -5--' <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br />AMENDED, BEING VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY <br />AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT <br />TO SECTIONS 16.010; 16.020; 16.030; 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010; 16.020; 16.030; <br />16.040, of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of Roseville, the <br />property owner filed an application with the Village Clerk in <br />the form of a written request to rezone from R. 1 to B. 1, the <br />following described property, to-wit: <br /> <br />The South 225 feet and the East 340 feet <br />of the West 828.3 feet of the Southwest 1/4 <br />of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 12, Town 29, <br />Range 23. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred the same <br />to the Planning Commission, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br />and public hearing, made its recommendation to the Village <br />Council that said property be rezoned from R. 1 to B. 1, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 4th day of October, 1960, <br />at the Village Hall at its regular Council meeting, and continued <br />said hearing to the 11th day of October, 1960, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said hearing, the Village Council <br />adopted a motion by a vote of iI- to 0 that the said property <br />in accordance with the recommendation of the Planning Commission <br />be rezoned from R. 1 to B. 1, and that the Zoning Ordinance be <br />amended accordingly. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br />16.010; 16.020; 16.030; 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map <br />thereof, be further amended as follows: <br />
