<br />BXTRACT OF MINUTBS OF MEBTING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSBVILLB <br />RAMSBY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty- <br />seventh day of January, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, <br />Maschka, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8748 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC BEARINGS <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NUKBBRS: <br /> <br />P-92-02, Neighborhoods 2, 54, and 63; P-92-03, Neighborhood 2; <br />P-92-04, Neighborhood 2; P-92-06, Neighborhood 9; <br />P-92-10, Neighborhood 54; and ST-92-11 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, <br />in said City, on February 24, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the <br />purpose of holding a public hearing on the following proposed <br />improvements under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429: <br /> <br />P-92-02. Neighborhood 2 -- Including all that property abutting <br />Troseth Road, County Road C-2 to Old Highway 8. <br /> <br />P-92-02. Neiqhborhood 54 -- Including all that property abutting <br />Sandhurst Drive, Albert Street to Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />P-92-02. Neiqhborhood 63 -- Including all that property abutting <br />Shryer Avenue, Oxford Street to cul-de-sac: Ryan Avenue, Lexington <br />Avenue to Oxford street; Oxford street, Ryan Avenue to Draper <br />street; Draper street, Oxford street to Chatsworth Street; and <br />Chatsworth Street, Roselawn Avenue to Shryer Avenue. <br /> <br />P-92-03. Neiqhborhood 2 and ST-92-11 -- Including all that property <br />abutting Old Highway 8, County Road C-2 to County Road D and ST-92- <br />11, storm sewer serving that area. <br /> <br />P-92-04.
