<br />., <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO of'J()~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />BY AMENDING SECTION 11.050, AND ADDING CERTAIN <br />PROVISIONS RELATIVE TO NON-CONFORMING USE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 11.050 is hereby amended by deleting the last <br />sentence thereof, which deleted sentence is as follows: "The <br />foregoing regulation shall apply to sign boards and billboards, <br />which, if not brought into conformance, shall be removed from <br />the site." <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The following shall be substituted in place of the <br />foregoing: <br /> <br />"11,050. Non-Conforminq Structure Worth $500 or Less. <br />Any non-conforming use of land not involving a building or structure <br />and any non-conforming use involving a building or structure with <br />an assessed value on May 21, 1959, of $500 or less, may be con- <br />tinued for a period of 18 months after said date, whereupon such <br />non-conforming use shall cease." <br /> <br />"11.051. Any non-conforming use of land involving a <br />sign may be continued for a period of thirty (30) months from and <br />after May 21, 1959, whereupon such non-conforming use shall cease. <br /> <br />"11.052. Any non-conforming use of land involving a <br />building or structure with an assessed value on May 21, 1959, of <br />over $500 shall in no event be continued f~ longer period than <br />~ years from said May 21, 1959, or~~ years from the <br />date that such non-conforming use came into existence, whichever <br />is later, at the termination of which time such non-conforming <br />use shall cease. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after its passage and publication. <br />
