<br />ORDINANCE NO. 3/ IJ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, as <br />amended, BEING VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY <br />AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT <br />TO SECTIONS 16.010; 16.020; 16.030; 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010; 16.020; 16.030; <br />16.040, of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of Rosevi1le, <br />the property owners filed an application with the Village Clerk <br />in the form of a written request to rezone to I-l. the following <br />described property, as indicated, to-wit: <br /> <br />From "B-I" to "I-I" <br /> <br />Except S 30 ft. and except N 101 ft., the <br />W 583 ft. of the N~ of the SW~ of the SE~ <br />of Sect. 9, Twp. 29, Range 23, Subject to <br />Fa.irview Avenue <br /> <br />From "R-l" to "I-I" <br /> <br />1 J ,l.;-;, - 1 <br />S?2 of SW~ of SE~4 and S 3 Of of W2 of SW'4 of <br />SE~ of Sect. 9, Twp. 29, Range 23, Subject <br />to Fairview Avenue.and County Road "B". <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred the same to <br />the Planning Commission, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice and <br />public hearing, made its recommendation to t he Village Council that <br />said property be rezoned to "I-I," and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held a <br />public hearing on said matter on this~Gth day of December, 1960, <br />at the, Village Hall at its regular c,ouncil meeting, ~,}P4/~:/z <br />~c-"/r //?;/ ~//<i'-" c., (' l // r./ /j '/ c ,/ ft'?,..- or / '<.7 J'P-z.I'n LI"..:" ":/,N/:'~' r /~_,/ ;;'C:c-~ ~i'/~",/ <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and in accordance <br />with the recommendations of the Planning Commission that said <br />property be rezoned to "I-I", the <br /> <br />Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />... <br />
