<br />"169.020. Duties of Parents or Guardians. It shall be <br />unlawful for the parent, guardian, or other adult person having <br />charge of a minor under the age of eighteen (18) years to permit <br />such minor to loiter, idle, wander, stroll, or play in or upon <br />the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or <br />other public grounds, places and public buildings, places of <br />entertainment and amusement, vacant lots and other unsupervised <br />places in the Village of Roseville during the hours prohibited by <br />this Chapter; provided, however, that the provisions of this section <br />do not apply when the minor is accompanied by his or her parent, <br />guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of <br />the minor, where the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate <br />business directed by his or her parent, guardian, or other adult <br />person having the care and custody of the minor, or where the <br />presence of said minor, in said place is connected with and <br />required by some legitimate business, trade, profession, or <br />occupation in which said minor is permitted by law, to be engaged." <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />169.050. Playqround Curfew. All public playgrounds, and <br />skating rinks in the Village of Roseville shall be closed by the <br />Recreation Department at the hour of ten o'clock each evening. It <br />is unlawful for any person or group of persons to occupy such play- <br />ground. ~~/i~t~~.~~ after the hour of ten o'clock p.m. without <br />written permission of-the Recreation Director or a duly authorized <br />member of his staff. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />169.060. Penalty.
