<br />ORDINANCE NO. 3/;;;.... <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AMENDED, <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE <br />ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010: 16.020: 16.030: 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010: 16.020: 16.030: <br />16.040, of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of Roseville, the <br />property owners filed an application with the Village Clerk in <br />the form of a written request to rezone from "R-l" to "R-3" the <br />following described property, to-wit: <br /> <br />The East 125 feet of the South 250 feet of <br />Lot 2, Asylum Outlots, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br />the Planning Commission, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br />and public hearing, made its recommendation to the Village Council <br />that said property be rezoned to "R-3" and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 20th day of December, 1960, <br />at the Village Hall at its regular Council meeting and continued <br />said matter to the regular Council meeting on December 27, 1960 at <br />8:00 o'clock P.M., <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission that said property be rezoned to "R-3", <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br />16.010: 16.020: 16.030: 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map <br />thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />That the East 125 feet of the South 250 feet <br />of Lot 2, Asylum Outlots <br /> <br />be and is hereby rezoned from "R-l" to "a-3", and <br />
