I~ <br /> <br />l\N ORDINANCE ArvLENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS A1v1ENDED, <br />BY AMENDING SECTIONS 31.120 and 31.150, RELATIVE TO <br />PLUMBING PE~lITS AND HEATING, VENTILATING AND AIR <br />CONDITIONING PERMITS <br /> <br />'rhe Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Sections 31.120 and 31.150 of the Village Code of the <br />Village of Roseville, adopted by Ordinance No. 297, are hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />31.120. Plumbing Permits. No alterations or additions in <br />the existing plumbing in any buildings shall be made, nor shall any <br />plumbing be placed in any building nor shall any sewage disposal <br />system be constructed without first securing a permit therefor, <br />except repair work having an actual value of $25.00 or less. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />31.150.
