<br />ORDINl\.NCE NO._~lLi.. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMEN) ING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br />A.!vlliNDED, BY Al'4END ING SECTIONS 39.010 THROUGH <br />39.050 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE ~nnI RESPECT '1'0 HEATING, VENrrII..J\'fING <br />AND AIR CONDITIONING <br /> <br />'fhe Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Sections 39.010 through 39.05U of the Village Code of the <br />Village of H.oseville are hereby amended to [ead as follows: <br /> <br />39. <br />HEATING, VEN'fIIJdING AND AIR CONDITIONING CODE <br /> <br />39.010. Adoption by Refe~ence. Except as stated herein, <br />the heating, ventilating and air conditioning Code of the City <br />of S2int Paul, Minnesota, as amended, and published by said City, <br />being Section 109, Article I. of the Building Code of the City of <br />S2int Paul, is hereby adopted by reference as though it were fully <br />set forth at length, for the purpose of establishing the rules and <br />regulations for installation, alteration or maintenance of heating, <br />ventilating or air conditioning plants. It is provided, however, <br />that this Chapter and the provisions of said Code of Saint Paul <br />shall not apply to heating plants utilizing gas, nor to stoves. <br /> <br />39.020. Heatin~entilatinq and Air Conditioning Inspector. <br />Except as specifically stated herein, the heating, ventilating and <br />air conditioning inspector shall follow and enforce the provisions <br />of said heating, ventilating and air conditioning Code of Saint Paul. <br /> <br />39.030. Inspector References. vmerever reference is made in <br />the Saint Paul Code to buildin g inspector or building department, it <br />shall be construed as meaning heating, ventilating and air conditioning <br />inspector insofar as this code is concerned. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Sections 39.020 through 39.050 as existing heretofore arc <br />repealed and shall be replaced in toto by the foregoing. <br />
