<br />.~-- <br />O~I$N~OO. ~J6 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE A~ffiNDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, as <br />amended, BEING VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY <br />AMENDING SECTIONS 32.010, 32.030, 32.050, <br />32.060, 32.090, 32.100, 32.110, 32.140, AND <br />ADOPTING FURTHER REGULATIONS WITH RESPECT TO <br />BUILDING PERMIT FEES AND OTHER PERHIT FEES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The specific Sections of the Roseville code adopted by Ordinance <br />297, as amended, starting at Section 32.010 and as specifically here <br />inafter designated are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />32.010 New Construction. Permit fees for new building construction <br />or additions to existing structures shall be based upon the area, <br />volume or otherwise as hereinafter designated. Permit fees shall be <br />in accordance with the figures shown in the following: <br /> <br />Houses per 1000 cu. feet <br /> <br />$ 1.50 <br /> <br />Garages - Each <br /> <br />5.00 <br /> <br />Sheds and Shelters per 1000 cu. feet <br /> <br />1.00 <br /> <br />Roofing and Siding per 1000 sq. feet or part thereof 1.50 <br /> <br />Excavating, Grading and Paving first 100,000 sq. feet 2.00 <br />Excavating, Grading and paving each add. 1000 sq. feet 1.00 <br />Maximum fee - Excavating, Grading & Paving 100.00 <br /> <br />Driveway (single) <br /> <br />2.00 <br /> <br />2 (two) driveways on one lot <br /> <br />5.00 <br /> <br />32.030 Moving of Buildings. The applicant for a permit to move <br />a building shall pay a fee as follows: <br /> <br />House moving per 1000 cu. feet, within Village <br /> <br />$ 1.00 <br /> <br />House moving per 1000 cu. feet, through Village <br /> <br />1.00 <br /> <br />Garage moving <br /> <br />5.00 <br />
