NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS P-92-02 ANDST-92-14, NEIGHBORHOOD 74 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the twenty-fifth day of February, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvements P-92-02 and ST-92-14, Neighborhood 74 including all that propert: abutting: william street, McCarrons Blvd. S. to Dionne Street Roma Avenue, William Street to Farrington street Farrington street, Roma Street to Dionne street Galtier street, Larpenteur Avenue to Dionne street Marion Street, Larpenteur Avenue to cul-de-sac Woodbridge Court, Larpenteur Avenue to cul-de-sac That area lying south of McCarrons Boulevard North, north of McCarrons Boulevard South, east of McCarrons Lake and west of Rice street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering repor which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $741,851.74.
