<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ / <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 12.010 and 12.020 <br /> <br />OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE WITH <br /> <br />RESPECT TO SPECIAL USE PERMITS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Sections 12.010 and 12.020 of the Village Code of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />12.010. Special Uses. There has been provided in this Zoning <br /> <br />Code under each land use classification a class of uses which are deemed <br /> <br />desirable for the public welfare within a given district or districts but <br /> <br />which are potentially incompatible with the typical use permitted within <br /> <br />such classifications. Such uses shall be deemed "Special'Uses", and <br /> <br />application therefor should be made pursuant to the provisions of this <br /> <br />section. <br /> <br />12.020. Special Use Permits. Permits for "Special Use" <br /> <br />may be granted by the Village Council within each land use classification <br /> <br />{ <br /> <br />to the extent that such land use classification provides for the special <br /> <br />use proposed. The Village Council may refer any application for <br /> <br />Special Use Permit to the Planning Commission for a public hearing, <br /> <br />and in that event the Planning Commission shall make a report to the <br />
