<br />WHEREAS~ the Village Counci1~ pursuant to due notice~ <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 5th day of May~ 1961~ at the <br /> <br />Village Hall at its regular Council meeting; <br /> <br />NOW 3 THE RE FO RE 3 pursuant to said hearing and the <br /> <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that said property be rezoned <br /> <br />to IlR_31l; <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297 as amended~ pursuant to Sections 16. 010~ <br /> <br />16.0203 16. 030~ and 16.0401 the Zoning Code and Zoning Map thereof~ be <br /> <br />further amended as follows: <br /> <br />That the West 98 feet of the South 132 feet of <br />the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of <br />Section 161 Township 29 ~ Range 23, Subject <br />to Skillman A venue, The East 98 feet of the <br />West 196 feet of the South 132 feet of the SE <br />1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 16, <br />Township 29~ Range 23, South 132 feet of the <br />SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section <br />16, Township 29, Range 23, except the West <br />196 feet thereof and except the North 75 feet <br />of the East 183 feet thereof3 all in Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota <br /> <br />be and is hereby rezoned from IR_1" to "R_3", and that the zoning map <br /> <br />be amended so that said property is classified and zoned as IR_3". <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br />
