<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. .52-D <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 204.010 AND ADDING <br /> <br />SECTION 204.015 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 204.010 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />204.010. Public Nuisance Unlawful. It shall be unlawful for <br /> <br />any person~ firm~ corporation or association to maintain any public <br /> <br />nuisance as defined in Chapters 200 - 203~ inclusive~ and it shall <br /> <br />further be unlawful to do any act~ which act is defined as a public <br /> <br />nuisance in Chapters 200 - 203~ inclusive. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 204.015 is hereby added to the Village Code of the <br />Village of Roseville~ to read as follows: <br /> <br />204.015. Council May Enforce. The Council may enforce the <br /> <br />provisions of Chapters 200 - 203~ inclusive~ and the Council may~ by <br /> <br />resolution~ delegate to other officers or agencies power to enforce <br /> <br />particular provisions of the said Chapters~ including the power to inspect <br /> <br />private premises~ and the officers charged with enforcement of the said <br /> <br />Chapters shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent the commission <br /> <br />and maintenance of public nuisances. <br />
