<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE No.32 2- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297 AS <br /> <br />AMENDED. BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING <br /> <br />THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, <br /> <br />16.020, 16. 030, and 16. 040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, and <br /> <br />16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the Village Clerk in the form of a written <br /> <br />request to rezone from "B-3" to "R-3" the following described property, <br /> <br />to -wit: <br /> <br />The West 25.5 feet of the East 183 feet of the <br />South 183 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) <br />of Section Fifteen (15), Township Twenty-Nine <br />(29), Range Twenty-Three (23), Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice and <br /> <br />public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council that said <br /> <br />property be rezoned to "R-3"; and <br />
