<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 326 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AMENDED, <br /> <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING <br /> <br />CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010.. 16.020.. 16.030.. <br /> <br />16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010.. 16.020.. 16.030, 16.040, <br /> <br />of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of Roseville.. the property owners <br /> <br />filed an application with the Village Clerk in the form of a written request <br /> <br />to rezone from "R_1" to "S-C" the following described property, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot 1.. Block 2, Krannack, according to the Plat now on <br />file with the Register of Deeds in and for the County of <br />Ramsey.. State of Minnesota <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />The South 1/2 of lone Street adjacent as vacated. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission, and, <br /> <br />'WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice and <br /> <br />public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council that said <br /> <br />property be rezoned to "S-C" and, <br />
