<br />County Road "n" and Churchill Street, and the third connection at County <br /> <br />Road "n" at its intersection with West Owasso Boulevard, and to construct <br /> <br />and thereafter maintain and operate these connections according to con- <br /> <br />ventional engineering standards approved as to construction.. location and <br /> <br />elevation by the Village of Roseville joining the public sanitary sewer <br /> <br />system of the Village of Shoreview with the public sanitary sewer system <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville to be maintained and operated as the only outlets <br /> <br />for that portion of the Shoreview public sanitary sewer system from the <br /> <br />following described area within the Village of Shoreview.. to-wit: <br /> <br />Sections 35 and 36 and also all that part of <br />Sections 25 and 26 lying south of the south <br />right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No.. 394 <br />and also that part of said Section 25 lying north- <br />easterly of said Interstate Highway and south- <br />easterly of the southeasterly right-of-way line <br />of the Minneapolis, St. Paul.. Sault Ste. Marie <br />Railway; all in Township 30 North.. Range 23 <br />West.. Ramsey County.. Minnesota, according <br />to the United States Government survey thereof. <br /> <br />The sewage from subject area of the Village of Shoreview will <br /> <br />be cnnveyed through the trunk and interceptor sewer system of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville for discharge into the public sanitary sewer system <br /> <br />of the City of Saint Paul for further conveyance and ultimate disposal., <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall not be applicable to any subsequent system hereafter <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />constructed and designed to connect to and discharge into any outlet other <br /> <br />than through Roseville., <br />
