<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 342 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION 8.337 <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended <br />by amending Section 8.337 and said Section 8.337 to read as follows: <br /> <br />8.337. Signs. Each service station may have one (1) pedestal <br /> <br />type sign not in excess of sixty four (64) square feet nor more than <br /> <br />twenty...five (25) feet in height erected within the front yard and no <br /> <br />part of the sign shall be less than six (6) feet from a property line <br /> <br />(horizontal distance). The pedestal shall not be greater than eighteen <br /> <br />(18) inches in diameter and no part of the sign surface shall be less <br /> <br />than sixteen (16) feet vertical distance from the grade of the nearest <br /> <br />driveway or parking area.
