<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3.62 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297 AS AMENDED J <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE J BY AMENDING THE ZONING <br />CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, <br />16.030, 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, <br />16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of Roseville, <br /> <br />the property owners filed an application with the Village <br /> <br />Clerk in the form of a written request to rezone from "R-l" <br /> <br />to "R-2" the following described property, to-wit: <br /> <br />The East One Hundred Ten Feet (E 110') of Lot One (1) <br />through Lot Eight (8), inclusive, and all of Lots <br />Nine and Ten (9 & 10), all of Lot Eleven (11), except <br />the Northerly Thirty-eight Feet (N 38') thereof and <br />the Westerly Sixty Feet (W 60') of Lot Eight (8) except <br />the Northerly Thirty-eight Feet (N 38') thereof all in <br />Block Two (2) Schmidt's Hamline Heights No.2, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />All of Lot One (1) and the Northerly 22.9 Feet of the <br />Westerly Fifty-five Feet (W 55') of Lot Two (2), and <br />the Easterly One Hundred Fifteen Feet (E 115') of <br />Lots Two (2) through Six (6), and the Northerly Twenty <br />Feet (N 20') of Lot Eleven (11) and all of Lot Twelve <br />(12) all in Block Three (3) Schmidt's Ham1ine Heights <br />No.2, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council <br />that said property be rezoned to "R-2", and <br />
