<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.:i5!I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING CHAPTER 238. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by amending Chapter 238 to read as follows: <br /> <br />238.050. Deposit of Moneys <br />238.050. All moneys paid to the Traffic Violations <br /> <br />Bureau or to any clerk or employee thereof in connection <br /> <br />with its functions shall be deemed to have been received by <br /> <br />the Clerk of the Municipal Court and shall be paid by the <br /> <br />latter weekly into the Village Treasury or to the County <br /> <br />Treasurer as provided by law. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />this ,-V~ day of December, 1961. <br /> <br />-" ". <br /> <br />/....\...-," .--- <br /> <br />l' /" . - ~-- - - ( .J I I -): _ I' -': I "- ~J <br />"-~.
