<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE N1ENDING ORDINANCES NOS. 331, 351 <br /> <br />AND 350 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Ordinance 331 and Ordinance 351 of the Village <br />Code of the Village of Roseville are hereby amended as <br />follO\-7s: <br /> <br />Wherever said Ordinances refer to Chapter 114 <br /> <br />and to Sections 114.010 and 114.020, the same shall read <br /> <br />"ChaDter 116" and "Sections 116.010 and 116.020." <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Ordinance 350 of the Village Code of the Village <br />of Roseville is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />Where Ordinance 350 refers to a license <br /> <br />required for riding stables under Chapter 114, the same shall <br /> <br />read "Chapter 116." <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be In force <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville this <br /> <br />- /1 <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />.4'2~.F/!
