<br />, <br />f' <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3,'je.-f <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AHENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY N~ENDING SECTION 20.010. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />Ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville lS <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending Section 20.010 as follows: <br /> <br />20.010. Purpose and Jurisdiction. Because each <br /> <br />new subdivision accepted by the Village becomes a permanent unit <br /> <br />in the basic physical structure of the future community, and to <br /> <br />which the future community will of necessity be forced to <br /> <br />adhere, and further because piecemeal planning of subdivisions <br /> <br />will bring a disastrous disconnected patchwork of pattern and <br /> <br />poor circulationof traffic, unless its design and arrangement <br /> <br />is correlated to a proposed master plan study aiming at a unified <br /> <br />scheme of community interests; all subdivisions of land lying <br /> <br />within the incorporated limits of the Village submitted for <br /> <br />approval to the Village Council shall, in all respects, fully <br /> <br />comply with the regulations set forth in this Chapter. It is the <br /> <br />purpose of this Chapter to make certain regulations and <br />
