<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ,3' ( (: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AMENDED, <br /> <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING <br />CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUill~T TO SECTIONS 61.010, 16.020, 16.030, <br />16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, <br /> <br />16.040, of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of Roseville, <br /> <br />the property owners filed an application with the Village Clerk <br /> <br />in the form of a written request to rezone from "B-1" to "S-C" <br /> <br />the following described property, to-wit: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Northeast (NE) corner <br />of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NW 1/4 of NW 1/4) of Section <br />Fifteen (15), Township Twenty-Nine (29), <br />Range Twenty-Three (23), thence West along <br />the North line of said Section, a distance <br />of Five Hundred Seventy-Five and 12/100 feet <br />(575.12'); thence South and parallel with <br />the West line of said Section, a distance <br />of Four Hundred Thirty-three (433') feet; <br />thence East and parallel with the North line <br />of said Section, a distance of Five Hundred <br />Seventy-Five and 12/100 feet (575.12'); thence <br />North along the East line of said Quarter <br />Quarter a distance of Four Hundred Thirty- <br />Three Feet (433') to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Excepting therefrom the East One Hundred Sixty <br />Feet (160') of the South Two Hundred Feet <br />(200') of the North Four Hundred Thirty- Three <br />Feet (433') thereof; and <br /> <br />Excepting therefrom County Road Band <br />Pascal Avenue. <br />
