<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE

<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION 172.020.

<br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville
<br />
<br />Ordains:
<br />
<br />I.
<br />
<br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is
<br />hereby amended by amending Section 172.020 as follows:
<br />172.020. Certain Sales Prohibited on Sunday. On
<br />the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as
<br />
<br />Sunday, and on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
<br />
<br />Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, it shall be
<br />
<br />unlawful for any persons to attempt to sell or engage in the
<br />
<br />business of selling any of the following items: clothing and
<br />
<br />wearing apparel, clothing accessories, footwear, furniture,
<br />
<br />furs, housewares, household, business or office furnishings
<br />
<br />and appliances, hardware, tools, paints, building materials
<br />
<br />and supplies, jewelry, cameras, silverware, watches, clocks,
<br />
<br />luggage, musical instruments, musical recordings, radio
<br />receivers, television receivers, phonographs and record and
<br />
<br />tape players, lawn mowers, boats, outboard motors, toys other
<br />
<br />than novelties and souven1rs, and groceries, dairy products,
<br />
<br />meats and foods, except those defined in Minnesota Statutes
<br />
<br />31.01, Subdivisions 6, 8,10, 11, 12, 13, 14, IS, and 16, and
