<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the tenth day of February, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson and the fOllowing were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8754 <br /> <br />Final acceptance, City Project M-90-19 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on <br />September 24, 1990, George W. Olsen Company of stillwater has satisfac- <br />torily completed the improvement associated with Project M-90-19, Public <br />Works unheated storage facility. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is <br />hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to <br />issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the <br />contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, <br />and V.
