(..:. 7 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION 14.289, Paragraph <br />IV. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />Ordains: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br />hereby amended by amending Section 14.289, Paragraph IV, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />14.289 (IV) No part of a projecting sign on a pylon <br />shall be less than fourteen (14) feet vertical distance above <br /> <br />the grade level at the base of the sign, where the sign is <br />erected on a parking lot, roadway, or other areas designated <br /> <br />for vehicular or pedestrian traffic. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville this .J.
