<br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the <br /> <br />Village Council that said property be rezoned to "R-3"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice, held a public hearing on said matter on the 23rd day <br /> <br />of April, 1962. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the <br /> <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that said property <br /> <br />be rezoned to "R-3 " <br />, <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code <br /> <br />and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />Subject to Dellwood Avenue, the South <br />104.5 feet of the East One Half of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (E.l/2 <br />of NW.l/4 of NW.l/4 of SE.l/4) of Section <br />Ten, Township Twenty-Nine, Range Twenty- <br />Three, School District No. 623, the West <br />One Half of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />(W.l/2 of ~W.l/4 of NW.l/4 of SE.l/4), except <br />the North 515 feet thereof in Section Ten, <br />Township Twenty-Nine, Range Twenty-Three, <br />subject to an easement hereby reserved for <br />the future opening of a street or highway <br />over and across the South 29 feet thereof <br />and over and across the East 30 feet thereof, <br />all according to U.
