<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~~/ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE A!\lElmING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION 7.250 and SECTION 13.020 THEREOF. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br />I. <br />The first sentence in (4) of Section 7.250 of the Village <br />Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />7.250. Lot Area, Height, Frontage and Yard Requirements <br />In R-l Districts. <br />(4) The following minimum requirements shall be observed, <br />except as provided in Section 13.020. <br />II. <br />Section 13.020 of the Village Code of the Village of <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />13.020. Space for Lot for Dwelling Purposes. A platted <br />lot or parcel of land of record on May 21, 1959, which does not <br />meet the requirements of this Code as to area, width or open <br />space, may be utilized for single family detached dwelling <br />purposes provided the measurements of such area, width or open <br />space are within 70% of the requirements of this Code, but said <br />
