<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~10l <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.030 and SECTION <br />20.140 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br />amended by amending Section 20.030 so that the first sentence <br />thereof shall read as follows: <br />20.030. Procedure. Except as provided in Section 20.140, <br />before dividing any tract of land into two or more lots or <br />parcels, an owner or subdivider shall: <br /> <br />II. <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br />amended by amending Section 20.140 so as to read as follows: <br />20.140. Variations and Exceptions. In any case in <br />which the compliance with the provisions of this Chapter will <br />involve unnecessary hardship, and failure to comply does not <br />interfere with the purpose of such platting regulations, the <br />Village Council may waive such compliance by the adoption of <br />a resolution to that effect. <br />For an owner or subdivider to divide any tract of land <br />under this section, he shall file with the Village Council <br />
