<br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the <br /> <br />Village Council that said property be rezoned to "B-3" and <br /> <br />"R-3" respectively; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 25th day of <br /> <br />June, 1962. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the <br /> <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that said property <br /> <br />be rezoned to "B-3" and "R-3" respectively, <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code <br /> <br />and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9), <br />Saint Paul Park, and the North One-half (N.l/2) <br />of Brenner Avenue, as vacated, except the <br />North One Hundred Eighty-three feet eN.183') <br />thereof lying Southeasterly of Lexington Avenue <br />and lying Northwesterly of a line described as <br />follows: Beginning at a point on the North <br />line of Section Two (2), Township Twenty-nine <br />North. (29 N.), Range Twenty-three West (23.W.) <br />distant One Hundred Seventy-five feet (175') <br />East of the Northwest corner of said Section <br />Two (2); thence South at right angles a distance <br />of One Hundred Eighty-three feet (183'); thence <br />Southwesterly to a point distant Two Hundred <br />Fifty feet (250') Southeasterly (measured at <br />right angles to said described line) from the <br />Southwest corner of said Lot Nine (9), and <br />there terminating, <br /> <br />Page Two <br />
