<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 17t~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION 8.260 THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Rosevi1le <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 8.260 of the Village Code of the Village <br /> <br />of Rosevi1le is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />8.260. Uses by Special Permit in Limited Business <br />Districts. Uses by special permit in B-1 Districts are: <br /> <br />(1) Motels and motor hotels if adjacent to a <br />Federal or State Highway. <br />(2) Mortuaries. <br /> <br />(3) Multiple family dwellings, if they conform <br /> <br />to set-back, density and other requirements for residence <br /> <br />districts. <br /> <br />(4) Research, design and development <br /> <br />establishments. <br /> <br />(5) Churches. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be ln force <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br />
