<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 377 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING CHAPTER 75. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Rosevi1le <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Chapter 75 of the Village Code of the Village <br /> <br />of Rosevi11e will read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />75. Connections to Storm Sewers <br /> <br />75.010. Permit Required. No person, firm or <br /> <br />corporation shall connect any drain to a storm sewer of the <br /> <br />Village of Rosevi11e without first obtaining a permit to do <br /> <br />so. <br /> <br />75.020. Granting of Permits. The Village Engineer <br /> <br /> <br />shall grant permits only to applicants who have licenses and <br /> <br />permits for "house sewer contractors." The Village Engineer <br /> <br />shall also request that each applicant shall have on file a <br /> <br />bond as set forth in Section 72.040, except that said bond <br /> <br />shall also cover work done under this Chapter. <br /> <br />75.030.
