<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINN1CE NO. ~79 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS Al'1ENDED, <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING <br /> <br />CODE N~D THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, <br />16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of Roseville, <br /> <br />the property owners filed an application with the Village <br /> <br />Clerk in the form of a written request to rezone from "R-l" <br /> <br />to "R-3" the following described property, to-\tJit: <br /> <br />That part of the South Two Hundred Sixty-Four <br />Feet (S. 264') of the North Eight Hundred Fifty- <br />Six and 63/100 Feet (N. 856.63') of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW.1/4 of SW. <br />1/4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Twenty-Nine <br />(29), Range Twenty-Three (23), except the West <br />Two Hundred Forty=Five Feet (W. 245') of the <br />South One Hundred Eighty-Two Feet (S. 182') <br />thereof, and except the East Thirty Feet (E. 30') <br />of the South Two Hundred Ten Feet (S. 210') <br />thereof, measuring an area of One Hundred Seventy <br />Feet by One Hundred Seventy-Eight Feet (170' x <br />178'); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />vJHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />vnIEREAS, the Planning Commission, Dursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the <br /> <br />Village Council that said property be rezoned from "E-l" to <br /> <br />"R_3"; and <br />
