<br />II. <br /> <br />Section 15.030 of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />15.030. Fees. To defray administrative costs of proceeding <br /> <br />of requests for amendments to the Zoning Map, variances, or special <br /> <br />permits, a fee shall be paid by the applicant as follows: <br /> <br />Application for Rezoning $ 25.00 <br />Variance to the Code $ 25.00 <br />Special Permit $ 5.00 <br /> <br />Fees shall be payable at the time applications are filed with <br /> <br />the Village Clerk and are not refundable unless application is withdrawn <br /> <br />prior to referral to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville this 22nd day of <br /> <br />October, 1962. <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />~~/?~-cJ <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />Page Two <br />
