<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 381 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 35.055. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended by <br /> <br />adding Section 35.055, which shall read as follows: <br /> <br />35.055. Limitations on Excavating and Grading. <br /> <br />No person, firm, or corporation shall excavate, fill or grade any <br /> <br />property when such excavation, filling or grading would cause a harmful <br /> <br />amount of drainage of storm waters from said property being excavated, <br /> <br />filled or graded on any surrounding property or on any public right-of-way. <br /> <br />The building inspector is hereby authorized to consult the Village engineer <br /> <br />on any applications pursuant to Section 31.200 as to whether said excavating, <br /> <br />filling or grading would create a harmful amount of drainage on any public <br /> <br />right-of-way or surrounding property. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br /> <br />passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville this 3rd day of <br /> <br />December, 1962. <br /> <br />~~~~ <br /> <br />~~..// <br /> <br />/ Cler f <br />
