<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3 yLj <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTIONS 7.220, 8.240, <br />8.260, 8.290, and 8.300. <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 7.220, Paragraph 4, of the Village Code of <br /> <br /> <br />the Village of Rosevi1le is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(4) Churches, convents, public and parochial <br /> <br />schools, universities and colleges, libraries, City Hall, fire <br /> <br />stations and similar public uses provided that no structure <br /> <br /> <br />or building shall be nearer than 30 feet to any adjacent lot <br /> <br />ln an "R" District. <br /> <br />II. <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br />hereby amended by deleting Paragraph 5 of Section 8.240, <br />which reads: <br />(5) Colleges and schools, public and private. <br />III. <br />Section 8.260 of the Village Code of the Village of <br />Roseville is hereby amended by changing Paragraph 5 to read <br />as follows: <br />
