ORDINANCE A"1ENDING TI-JE VILLAGE CODE OF TI-rE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />BY ADDING TtlliRETO SECTION 31.205. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />T <br />.L . <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby runended by <br /> <br />adding Section 31.205, \~1ich shall read as follows: <br /> <br />31. 205. Occupancy Permits. A permit shall be required for the <br /> <br />occupancy of any building or remodeled building, which building required <br /> <br />a building permit for the building or remodeling thereof. For the purposes <br /> <br />of this section, when any building or remodeled building is complete, the <br /> <br />person, firm or corporation which constructed the same and holds the license, <br /> <br />pursuant to Section 33.010, shall apply to the Building Inspector for an <br /> <br />occupancy permit, and the Building Inspector shall issue an occupancy permit <br /> <br />after he has determined that the building or remodeling has been <br /> <br />constructed in accordance with the terms of the Building Code. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br /> <br />publication and passage. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville this 14th day of January 1963. <br /> <br />Ah~ Yt< ~ <br />r,a yor \ <br /> <br />ATTEST: . <br /> <br />
