<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3% 9 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br /> <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE <br /> <br />ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, <br /> <br />16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the Village Clerk in the form of a written <br /> <br />request to rezone from IR-1" to IR-3" the following described property, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Tract L in Registered Land Survey No. 139, <br />on file in the office of the Registrar of Titles <br />in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council that said <br /> <br />property be rezoned to IR-3"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 22nd day of April, 1963, at the <br /> <br />Village Hall at its regular Council Meeting. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the <br /> <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that said property be rezoned to <br /> <br />IR-3," <br />
