<br />VILLAGE OF nOSFVILLE <br />ORDINANCE 1\0. 390 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TIlE VILLAGE CODE OF THF VILlAGE OF ROSEVILLF BY <br /> <br />ADDINf, THERETO CHAPTER 142. <br /> <br />The Villare Council of the Vi llage of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Villar:e Code of the Village of noseville is hereby amended by <br /> <br />adding thereto Charter 142, \~hich Chapter 142 shall read as follows: <br /> <br />142. Dumps, Sanitary Land Fills, and Filling of Land <br />142.010. License Required. No person, firm or corporation shall establish <br />any dumps, sanitary land fills or filling of land operations within the Village, <br />\vi thout first securing a license to do so. <br />142.020. Application for License and Permit: Applications for licenses and <br />permits shall be filed in writinr with the Villare Thlildinp Insrector for <br />presentation to the Villare Council. F:ach application shall contain the <br />followinp: information: <br />(1) Name and address of applicant. <br />(2) Legal description of land to be filled or used as a clump. <br />(3) The time of the dumping or filling operations. <br />(4) The route to be taken by any trucks bringing in the material <br />to he used as fill or refuse to be disposed of in a dump. <br />(5) The final elevation to which the applicant intends to leave the <br />land at the completion of the use of the land for dUl"T, sanitary <br />land fill or fillin~ operation. <br />
