<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 393 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br /> <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE <br /> <br />ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, <br /> <br />16.030 and 16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and <br /> <br />16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property owners <br /> <br />filed an application with the Village Clerk in the form of a written request to <br /> <br />rezone from "R-l" to "B-I" the following described property, to-wit: <br /> <br />The North One Hundred Feet (N .100') of the South Two Hundred <br />Seventy-Eight and 75/100' (S.278.75') of the North Eight <br />Hundred Seventy-Eight and 75/100 Feet (N.878.75') of the <br />West Two Hundred Feet (W. 200') of the Northwest Quarter <br />(N. W. 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Twenty-Nine (29), <br />Range Twenty-Three (23), Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council that said <br /> <br />property be rezoned to II B-l"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 22nd day of April, 1963, at the Village <br /> <br />Hall at its regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the <br /> <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that said property be rezoned <br /> <br />to II B-l" , <br />
