<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.-E'.5-- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY ADDING SECTION 43.130 THERETO. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />by adding Section 43.130 thereto, which shall read as follows: <br /> <br />43.130. Abandoned Wells. When a well is abandoned, <br /> <br />it shall be disconnected from any existing system and the well hole filled <br /> <br />to prevent contamination from entering the water-bearing ground formation. <br /> <br />Concrete or cement grout shall be used as filling material, or other materials <br /> <br />approved by the Village Building Inspector. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its publication and passage. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />this 27th day of May, 1963. <br /> <br />/-Jt~~A/ <br /> <br />~"'I Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />~J7--P~/ <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />
