<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty- <br />fourth day of February, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8757 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NUMBER P-ST-SW-90-07 <br />CLEVELAND AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City council of the city of <br />Roseville adopted August 27, 1990, a report has been prepared by the <br />Ramsey County Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of <br />Cleveland Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B, and this <br />report was approved on August 27, 1990: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, <br />in said City, on March 23, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the <br />purpose of holding a public hearing on the following proposed <br />improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429: <br /> <br />P-ST-SW-90-07. Cleveland Avenue -- Including all that property <br />abutting Cleveland Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B <br /> <br />and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice <br />of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published <br />twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which <br />publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication <br />shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing <br />and written notice mailed to all affected property owners at least <br />ten days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />4. The notice shall be in substantially the following form: <br />(see attachment) <br /> <br />5. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed <br />for Improvement P-ST-SW-90-07 is determined to be as stated in the <br />foregoing notice, as fully as though the same were separately set <br />forth and resolved herein. <br />
