EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty- fourth day of February, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8757 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NUMBER P-ST-SW-90-07 CLEVELAND AVENUE WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City council of the city of Roseville adopted August 27, 1990, a report has been prepared by the Ramsey County Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of Cleveland Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B, and this report was approved on August 27, 1990: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville as follows: 1. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said City, on March 23, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the following proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429: P-ST-SW-90-07. Cleveland Avenue -- Including all that property abutting Cleveland Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing and written notice mailed to all affected property owners at least ten days before the date of the hearing. 4. The notice shall be in substantially the following form: (see attachment) 5. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed for Improvement P-ST-SW-90-07 is determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as though the same were separately set forth and resolved herein.
