NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT P-SW-ST-90-07 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the city Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said city, on the twenty-third day of March, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a pUblic hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement P-SW-ST-90-07 including all that property abutting: Cleveland Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, pathway, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $1,150,375 of which the City of Roseville share is estimated at $107,244.
